Who are you?

Lycantasy is trans-owned indie business. Upon coming out, I noticed a need for more trans-friendly sex toys on the market and I knew that with my experience and a healthy dose of perseverance, I could make that a reality.

Right now we only have two employees; The founder, myself, who does all the workshop related jobs (mold craft, product creation, quality control, Shipping, Customer Service, etc) and our talented Designer who created many of the designs as well as the artwork on this website. Both of us have previous experience working in the adult toy industry and are constantly looking for ways to make cooler toys that are more accessible to everyone.

Do you offer custom colored toys?

Yes!

Do you package/bill discreetly?

Yes, we use our LLC name on billing statements and as our return address. The name of our LLC is different and more discreet than “Lycantasy”.  We won’t list it here so it’s not easily searchable. Our toys come in a plain brown box, we promise you will not receive a dick-shaped package.

What are your toys made of?

We only use high-end, platinum-cure silicone and carefully selected pigments for coloration. This is the most premium material for non-rigid adult toys and is skin-safe, phthalate-free, non-toxic, non-porous, and doesn't degrade over time on its own.

How do I store my Lycantasy toys?

Our toys should be stored separately from non-silicone toys, but can be stored with other high-end silicone toys. We recommend storing toys wrapped individually in cloth, or in cloth bags for maximum longevity.

How do I clean my Lycantasy toys?

Hot water and soap is the simplest way to clean our high-end silicone toys. Take a bath or a shower with them - they love that! Lycantasy toys can also be cleaned with boiling water, and even in the dishwasher! The surface is non-porous which means there's no need to powder them for storage, so long as they're dry.

How durable are Lycantasy toys?

Lycantasy toys are highly durable, very stretchy and can endure extreme temperatures without any issue. Avoid sharp objects, as a cut or tear can spread in some cases. Do NOT bite our toys (ouch!) they don’t like that! Please be sure to only use water-based lube, as other types of lubes can degrade the surface of a silicone toy. Lycantasy toys will last many years!

From the greater Chicagoland area in Illinois, USA.

Where do you ship to?

We will ship to any country that allows products like ours.

Do I have to pay customs fees? Can you mark my order as a gift so I can avoid them?

If you are outside the United States you might have to pay a customs fee on our toys. We, unfortunately, have no say so in the matter. We will not mark orders as gifts as it is illegal for us to do that.

Do you have a storefront?

 No, we are mainly an e-commerce company. However we do vend at at various conventions and events. Please check out our twitter account to see what events we will be vending at next!

Do you accept cash or check as payment?

We do not accept checks under any circumstance. We do accept cash at in person events, but never for our online store.

What is your product warranty?/Oh no! There’s a mistake with my order!

Mistakes happen! If your toy arrives with manufacturing flaws, we will replace it and/or offer a discount toward a future order. If you have any questions regarding an order, you can contact us here. Be sure to include as many details as possible.

Unfortunately at this time we are not hiring. Support our business and spread the word to your friends so we can grow enough to need more employees!

Do you need product testers?

We already have carefully selected toy testers of varying sexes and genders and do not need anymore at this time.
